Christine teaches Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on Meditation and Anatomical Alignment. RYT for 5 years, and yogi since the age of 3 (with lapses). With 40 years experience on the road and an eclectic background in both yoga and meditation techniques, uniquely skilled at helping you find your yoga genius!

Christine has studied Iyengar, Vinyasa, Tantra, Anusara and Asthanga styles of yoga, and teaches yoga where these styles meet without regard to “flavors” and with deep regard for alignment, breath and yoga from the inside out. Meditation styles influencing Christine’s practice and teaching include Soto Zen, Shinzen’s system, and Prayer.
